Paddle board is a type of surfboard, but it is very different from ordinary surfboards. Surfboards generally sit or lie down and wait for the waves, chase the waves, and finally stand on the board. If the paddle board is well balanced, you can stand on the board all the time, or sit/kneel on the board and paddle with the paddle in your hand.
