The factory could produce 2000T ingots锛?000T forgings and 5000T mechanical processing products annually. The company is well equipped with Hi-tech equipment and a huge contingent of technicians with an integrated and systematic rare metal researching & producing system from new products鈥?design锛宺esearch to smelting锛宖orging锛宺olling锛宮achine work锛宲roducts matte finishing,physics & chemistry analysis,nondestructive examination锛?metrological control area etc. We have developed a hi-tech equipment of 3T self-consumable vacuum ARC furnace which fills the gap in China Private Titanium Processing Enterprises. It absorbs Siemens Computer Controlling System in Germany,high precision electronic weighting system,long-distance camera observation system and the memory & print system of important parameters which can produce titanium ingots with high yield锛?stable chemical components and segregation-free.

2. Net weight larger than 30 kg, we usually pack by export wooden box.
3. All the package are suitable for long distance shipment,ensure the goods can be fast and safety delivery to customers.

1. Samples and small package weight less than 60kg ~100kg,we usually ship to customer by DHL,UPS,Fedex,TNT.
2. For big package ,more than 100kg,We usually ship by air or by sea,the shipment will be choose as the customers actual need.
